Main responsibilities

Lead, analyse and manage the IT department and assist in internal company procedures by looking for opportunities for continuous improvement and being efficient in time and resources.
Work collaboratively with other departments to identify hardware or software needs and schedule the necessary installations to meet them.
Plan and delegate different activities and tasks between different members of the IT staff and keep the rest of the company informed of system upgrades and other changes.
Manage continuous improvement projects related to predictive maintenance (microcomputing, commerce).
Coordinate critical care with the different suppliers, with the appropriate escalation channels, incident tracking and incident closure.
Define Service Level Agreements (SLA) to meet the requirements of efficiency and availability in accordance with the needs of the company.
Define and coordinate retention and disaster recovery policies to ensure business continuity.
Establish usage, availability and access policies for business resources.
Establish the schedule for deployments, enhancements and implementations and commit to specific dates and actions for these actions.
Manage the necessary change(s) to ensure alignment of IT policies and strategies with business objectives and needs.

Requirements

Experience in a similar position of more than 5 years
Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science
Level of English C1
High capacity for leadership, organisation and planning
Ability to communicate and influence
Valuable certifications in reference frameworks (ITIL, COBIT) for the management of the department.
Valuable certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2, ...)
Certifications in Virtualisation platforms (VMWare, Hiper-V, Citrix, ...).
Advanced knowledge in Routing and Switching (CISCO, Aruba, ...) certifications valued.
Experience in deployments, post-installation support, service operation.

Main responsibilities

Identify greenfield PV project opportunities in Croatia.
Identify available land potentially suitable for the development of solar PV projects.
Liaise with the local team in order to identify free capacity within the grid and land plots.
Understand and negotiate the correspondent conditions for the acquisition/rental of the land with the parties involved, such as: land owners, municipalities, public institutions, etc.
Land contracts negotiation.

Requirements

Experience in securing of land plots.
Contacts with landowners.
Experience in site-securing, interconnection and permitting processes of renewable energy projects in Croatia is a plus.
Good understanding of the relevant competent authorities.
Exceptional to-the-point communication skills.
Very responsive, ensures on-time delivery.
Native in Croatian. Spanish or English are highly valued plus.
Valid driver’s licence.

Main responsibilities

Review of designs to obtain the necessary permits as well as engineering projects prior to start permitting process in accordance with the regulations of Croatia.
Manage all the administrative and technical aspects of the permitting process of the projects until Ready to Build (RTB) stage.
Determine the technical feasibility of the projects identifying potential incidents and taking the correspondent corrective measures when needed.
Develop, maintain and manage the communication with the competent authorities and public institutions involved in the development process, ensuring the correct issuance of all the necessary permits, licenses and authorizations.
Liaise with the transmission and distribution system operators.
Develop and maintain project permitting registry for projects under development/implementation.
Monitor progress of the permitting process for projects under development/implementation.

Requirements

Experience and understanding of the energy projects permitting process and requirements for solar PV projects (guarantees, land acquisition process, studies, grid operator requirements and legislation).
Degree inengineering, preferably electrical engineering.
Experience performing the above referred tasks in the Renewable Energy Sector.
Exceptional to-the-point communication skills.
Very responsive, ensures on-time delivery.
Native in Croatian. English or Spanish are highly valued.
